I'm totally behind this and will switch completely to Hive. My question is what about delegated SP? Will that be mirrored as well? And will Steempeak become Hivepeak? I really love this app! Steemworld is another favorite - will there be a Hiveworld in our future? I also hope there will be a way to sell my old steem and buy more hive (I have other small caches of other coin I will want to convert to hive as well).

Delegations won't be affected, your account on Hive will be identical as this one on Steem (at least when it starts). As far as I know, Steempeak will support both chains for the first few weeks.
It occurred to me later that given that the initial codebase will be the same, it will just be a matter of pointing to a new server to get the feed. I suppose the we might later point our browsers to a different instance of the Dapps that migrate over as well, but it will be relatively seamless compared to switching to an entirely new system.
