The carpenter didn’t have his helper on Thursday, so he worked in the cellar prepping cabinets and doing staining. He’d brought some tung oil to spruce up the old cabinets. These little cabinets hadn’t seen much use and they came out very nicely.
Then he stained one of the bifold doors and some of the trim.
Next he got 2 more doors stained.
On Friday, he plans to finish the long clean room wall and get the little cabinets up.

I always enjoy seeing your updates. Those cabinets are looking lovely :) reminds me I need to oil a few wooden goodies of ours too.
The small cabinet looks great, Slowly but surely you are getting there. What a project your house has been. Amazing! I'm sure you have enjoyed the process, but the end result, at least up until now have been wonderful to see.
