I am very good at transcription. What I have done so far is to approach YouTubers who would like to have their videos transcribed and want to convert those transcripts into a blog post. This helps to improve on S.E.O for their videos.

I simply receive audio clips in my email, transcribe them and host the transcript using https://fetchapp.com . I then generate a Paypal Buy Now button which the client clicks, pays and a download link is automatically sent to them.
I have made a total of $290 as from August 9th 2017. Not bad for a newbie. I am currently building an Amazon Affiliate site. Great tips here in the comment section. I am from Kenya btw. I have drawn a bit of inspiration from you @bania. It is time I focused on a niche here on Steemit.
