I got this idea while visiting the city of Monza yesterday. I happened to walk by a building with bicycles mounted on its outside wall.
This is What I Saw
I got up close to take this shot which offers you an optical illusion.
Here's what it "really" looked like. A little bit seedy but of great interest none the less!

It's amazing how they can get something so awkward and heavy to hang of a wall ever though it is only the body shell of this Studebaker car it still has weight i saw this in the entertainment area of Pattaya , Walking Street in Thailand . It hangs in the walkway of entering this live music rock 'n' roll club.

Pretty weird street art installation at the local Art House. A mannequin with Maleficent horns painting some graffiti (most probably devil sign) . Who knows :)

That is very strange!
I found these cast iron statues quite fascinating i really don't know what they suppose to represent it had no description signs they were just mounted to the ground sitting 6 floors up out on a podium of this huge shopping mall with a great view , maybe representing... Stairway to Heaven.

This is got to be one of the most weirdest and bizarre things i have seen in Bangkok but i have to say it's quite awesome looking all these bicycles looked in pretty good condition bolted on a wall from one end to the other and this wall must be at least 300 meters long so as you can see quite a few bicycles bolted to this wall and they all have little Christmas lights wrapped around each bike can you image this wall of bikes all lit up at night it would look spectacular. I like to show you two photos for this first entry.

This art is made of recycled materials, the artists propose to gather garbage from the garbage and create art with them. One is a stork and the other is a very popular goblin from our region.

When I read your post, I remembered the painted cow sculptures I saw near lake Gruyère many yeas ago.
My first submission is this cow covered with Nespresso coffee capsules
The second one is the horse sculpture in blue and green and white cows on it.

It is possible that this is not the strangest art, but this is my personal work. The idea and execution. Here, only my thoughts and fantasy. I drew a moment of jumping on a skateboard with a simple ballpoint pen on a small piece of A5 paper. In the lower right corner is my nickname.

Back side of Indian ambassador car made to a sofa in a reception of a corporate office (that model car is almost ceased to exist now a days, heard that discussion going to get a collaboration with Pegeot) half a century back there was only these model car in the street.
