Wow, @viking-ventures took all of the easy stuff....
I'm going to pretty much agree with her with a few exceptions...
I'm going to say difinately Fresno California or Growlifornia, at Chukchansi Park
The couple is standing at field level along the right field line beside the dougout, almost even with first base.
The building in the upper right corner is probably an apartment building, not enough lights on for a hospital etc.
I would also agree with the building over his right sholder being unused, I don't know about haunted, but probably an old office building.
I would say if it is after the game it is right after, as there are still several people in the stands.
The photo is taken probably early to mid september.
I'm going to go out on a limb on some guess work.
They are obviously very happy.
Here were my first thoughts.
Another possibility which I am going to run with. They are brother and sister enjoying an awesome game that their favorite team just won.
Both are late 20s early 30s
Ok, That's all I have time for at lunch so it will have to do.

The guy is happy but has an expression on his face that tells me he is or was a bit nervous and he thinks he is one lucky man. (One lucky man, for sure!)

lol - that's okay! We did a good job. Had I spent a little more time pursuing which field it was, etc, I would have had a stronger entry, lol. I still think that building is a no-go.

lol, I haven't posted anything to any of the other platforms. Most of my stuff doesn't cross platforms easily.
Some of mine can't - like the PIFC contest - and I keep the books to one or the other at the moment. With WeKu's 3-day stoppage this past week, I don't know if I will include that one in the future. I may restart it (and Bearshares) with the next book there... but we'll see.

Okay - here goes my answer:
Baseball park in (or against) California - I'm actually thinking more of "against" because the sign looks like it gets changed.
We're probably after the game, because it's dark - so, maybe 10pm or so. This is not a major league game because the stands are nowhere big enough. So, I'm guessing minor league. There is a building behind that looks like a grain mill or maybe a hospital. It's hard to tell in the dark.
Both of the people have amazing teeth! She has a nose ring and is wearing mascara.
found the hat just now. It's for the Fresno Grizzlies. :-)
Double piercing on her left ear. And she's engaged, but not married yet. But she's been engaged for awhile because she's more excited about being at the game. Her necklace is interesting. I'd like to see the front of it... as it looks like it's reversed. It almost looks like a Catholic necklace - of Mary or one of the saints.
Impossible to tell if he's wearing the Coca-Cola shirt because he loves the drink or because it's a good (and comfy) blue sweatshirt. He wears two necklaces. One is on a black cord with five beads on it. The middle one looks like aventurine surrounded by (maybe) white coral and wooden beads. The other necklace is a metal chain and I'm really curious about whether it might match her necklace.
His beard really suits him and he's genuinely happy (as is she.) He has brown eyes. Hers are lighter, but probably green or dark hazel.
I really don't like the building behind him... it feels old and disused (the polite term) - and perhaps even haunted.
