What is dpoll?
Dpoll.xyz (d for decentralized) is a poll-builder powered by the Steem blockchain. Here you can publish polls, ask for feedback, opinions, ideas from your audience and earn cryptocurrency.

Are guest users able to vote and submit comments? Because that would definitely help drive things along.
What do you mean by guest users?
You need to connect to that dapp to vote. After you did this, you can remove the authority for it. No need to keep it constant in your account :)
Think about the competition. Strawpoll.me and Survey Monkey allow anyone who gets a poll link to vote, comment, or interact with it. If you don't allow people to respond, users who request feedback won't get all the feedback they could.
That's what I refer to by guest users. They may not be able to upvote for rewards, but they should at least be able to vote for poll options, provide comments, and give feedback. But that's just my $0.02.
