Sapien Loop Quiz 7 Answers

Hi Everyone,

It is time to announce the winner of the seventh Sapien Loop Quiz for this year. First, I would like to thank all the participants. This quiz was challenging as it asked questions from anywhere in the book. This is only the second quiz this year that has done this. Despite the extent of the content covered, participants did well. Two thirds of the participants answered four of the questions correctly.

How to Play!

For those who did not enter, here is a quick recap of how to play. The quiz contains seven multiple-choice questions. Each question has five possible answers. The participant is required to select the correct answer from the five options. The participant who answers the most questions correctly wins the contest. If there is a tie, the participant who entered first wins. There is also a requirement for the winner to answer at least four questions correctly. This is my way of ensuring that the participants have read the book.

The prize for each contest is 30 Hive Power. The entries of the first twelve participants are upvoted.

Explanations

Question 1: In Chapter 1, Sapiods are briefly described as one of the three species on Sapia. However, it is not until Chapter 71 that it was explained that the Sapiods were Linap-Sape hybrid species designed by the Linap to perform manual work.

Question 2: In Chapter 88, the book describes how Lily was executed. She formed a heart shape with her fingers. However, it did not explain why she did so. In Chapter 100, it was revealed that Lily had not been killed. A girl who worshipped Lily took her place to face the firing squad. The book did not explicitly state why the girl formed a heart shape with her fingers, but it was implied it was out of her devotion to Lily that she was willing to die.

Question 3: In Chapter 64, the book states that Rotaderp worked for Wolf News. In Chapter 84, the book stated that Ofnisim was the lead reporter in Adoy. They both worked for the media. They both did work that promoted Pardi’s agenda but did not work directly for him.

Question 4: Chapter 55 explains that many of the enforcers are given a strength enhancing drug. A side effect of this drug is increased aggression.

Question 5: In Chapters 48, 49, and 102, there were references to Mikayla smoking. In Chapter 95, there was a reference to Dratsab smoking with his friends.

Question 6: In Chapter 107, the book states that Mida and ten mind-controlled prisoners were in a giant flying machine. Later in that chapter, the giant flying crashed, killing all those on board.

Question 7: Orcilla is introduced in Chapter 76. She is Pardi’s daughter. After Pardi found out that his deceased wife had betrayed him, he struggled to accept Orcilla because she reminded him of his wife and was she part Sapien. He forced her to take on a male persona. This male persona was Orcille. At the end of Chapter 76, he performed an operation on her to change her into a male forever. To Orcilla, her former self had died. She then became Orcille permanently until the epilogue.

My New Book, Sapien Loop

I have published an ebook on Amazon; it is titled ‘Sapien Loop: End of an Era’. The book is fiction. I do not normally write fiction. However, I felt it was appropriate considering what is happening in the world today. Freedom is the most important thing we have, but we are gradually losing it. I have covered this in many of my posts.

In the story, most citizens do not understand the concept of freedom because they have never really experienced it. In essence, the story is about an alien world that might represent our not-so-distant future. There are many other elements to the story that are an abstract and exaggerated version of our reality. I believe this book to be an important read, and I believe it has the potential to change the way you think.

Brief Summary of Sapien Lopp

This story is based on the fictional planet Sapia and its sole country, Sapey. Sapey is portrayed as a form of utopia for all its citizens. No poverty. No war. Almost no crime. Opportunities for all.

This was enough for most citizens, but not all. In one of the small regions, some of the citizens had become discontent. They felt something important was missing in their lives. Their discontent did not go unnoticed. Some of the Sapey elite wanted to weaponise this discontent to gain more power. This created more chaos than they anticipated. This led to further widespread social unrest.

On top of the chaos, ambition and greed provoked another enemy. This enemy was on a mission to settle both new and old scores.
