For a community that claims to be censorship free, this certainly looks like censorship to me! Without the ideology behind their reason for down-voting put to a general vote, the decision to down-vote was not democratically decided upon. Thus, a handful of people pretend to represent 'the community'. So from now on, when you read that the community of HIVE decided on something, you can interpret that to mean that a few whales decided on their own! This has been the case since before HIVE was born.
