LIFE HACK FOR YOU :)

in #cooking7 years ago (edited)

I have very little free time. But I like to cook delicious sweets.
I will share with you a lifhak.
Cake "Napoleon" for 30 minutes. Yes, it's real!
Here's what I got:

Here's a recipe for you:
• 3 eggs;
• ½ cup of sugar;
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
• 6 tablespoons of flour;
• 900 ml of milk;
• 800 grams of "Ears" cookies.

Perhaps you have this cookie "Ears" is called differently.
Here's how it looks:

Preparation
• Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add flour, constantly mixing the mass. Then add a glass of milk, without stopping to stir.
• Pour milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Stirring, enter a floury mass with a thin trickle, boil the cream for three minutes (or longer if it is not thick enough) and set aside to cool it.
• Put a layer of cookies into the split form, then a layer of cream. Repeat these steps to get the desired number of layers.
• Sprinkle the top layer of the cream with chopped cookies and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Even if there is very little time, it is always real to cook a delicious meal for loved ones 🍰☕
P.S .: In the photo, what came out of me, none of the tasters of the present composition of the cake did not guess☝😉
Bon appetit and a good week!
