Today will bring friends to make their own juice. Simple as that, eat at home.
The first step is what we need to prepare. Before we make the juice is simple orange, butcher knife and orange juice.

The orange is dry. Because the water in the juicer.
Sometimes it will be orange meat a lot.
Finally I think it enough orange juice
We will pour into the glass.
And a little salt. To add flavor to the orange juice. Because the sweet orange.

สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆชาวสตีมทุกคน วันนี้ เรนได้ทำน้ำผลไม้ที่บ้านเอง เลยอยากจะมาแชกับเพื่อนๆค่ะ
เนื่องจากเป็นคนชอบกินน้ำส้มคั้นที่ ทิพย์สมัยผัดไทยประตูผีมาก แต่ราคาน้ำส้มที่นั้น ก็แอบแพงมากเหมือนกัน ราคาขวดละ 180 เท่าขวดน้ำเปล่า ปกติวันนี้เลยทำกินเองที่บ้านซะเลย
ก่อนอื่น เราจะต้องเตรียมอุปกรณ์กันก่อนค่ะ สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียมก็หาง่ายมากๆ คือ
- ส้ม
- เขียง
- มีด
- ที่คั้นน้ำส้ม
- เกลือ
เรามาเริ่มทำน้ำส้มคั้นกันเลยค่ะ
อันดับแรก เราก็นำส้มทั้งหมดที่เราต้องการไปล้างน้ำเปล่าให้สะอาด และก็วางให้น้ำเสร็จ ต่อมา ก็นำส้มที่เสร็จน้ำแล้วมาผ่าเป็นครึ่งซึก และวางเตรียมเอาไว้พร้อมคั้นน้ำ เมื่อผ่าครึ่งเสร็จหมดแล้ว เราก็มาถึงวิธีการคั้นน้ำส้ม เราก็เอาส้มที่ผ่าครึ่งไปบีบหมุนๆที่่เครื่องคั้นน้ำส้ม เมื่อส้มหมดน้ำก็จะเป็นประมาณในรูป น้ำส้มก็จะไปอยู่ในที่คั้นน้ำส้มข้างล่าง เมื่อบีบหรือคั้นไปสักพัก ก็จะมีเนื้อส้มหลุดออกมาบ้าง แบบในรูปค่ะ หลังจากเราบีบและคั้นน้ำส้มเป็นที่พอใจแล้ว เราก็เทน้ำส้่มคั้นลงในแก้ว และ ปรุงรสชาติด้วยเกลือเล็กน้อย เพื่อเพิ่มรสชาติให้กลมกล่อม เพราะส้มมีรสหวาน อยู่แล้ว เป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย จะใส่น้ำแข็งทานน้ำส้มเย็นๆ หรือ จะทานแบบ ไม่เย็นก็แล้วแต่ชอบเลยค่ะ
