I have tried to make macarons about 7 times over the last few months and have failed every single time. My wife asked if I could try again to make some for a bake sale tomorrow and I gave it another shot. This time I tried a slightly different recipe, and most importantly I measured everything by weight this time using a digital scale. I think that made a big difference. So this is recording my first success. Oh man they taste incredible :)
