And so we proceed to the preparation of this salad. We will need:
• boiled potatoes - 3-4 pieces
• boiled carrots - 1 medium piece
• boiled beets - 1 piece
• bow- 1 piece
• sauerkraut - about 300 grams
• black or red pepper to taste to taste
• sunflower or olive oil
We cut the boiled carrots into cubes.
Similarly chopped potatoes.
Now cut the boiled beets into cubes.
Then cut the sauerkraut.
Cut the peeled small onions very finely and add to the salad.
Add the sunflower or olive oil, pepper to taste and mix. VINEGRET salad is ready! This is a classic recipe. Promotional of these products in this salad add salted herring or pickled mushrooms, whoever loves.
