
This bread is great combined with stew, soup and salad. You can bake it in a pan or deep pan. With a piece of butter and some honey, the cornbread is great for breakfast.
Corn bread is most delicious when served just baked. You can store it for 3-5 days in a box in a dry place.
Ingredients
1 hrs. Flour
1 hrs. Corn flour
5 tablespoons Sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Backpacker
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 hrs. Milk
1 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 pcs. Eggs
1 hrs. Maize
Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix white flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix the fresh milk, butter and eggs.
4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry and mix while blending. you do not need to get a smooth dough.
5. Finally, add the grains of corn.
6. Pour the dough into the pan. Bake for 27 minutes or until golden brown. You can check if it's done by pinching a toothpick in the middle of the bread. If it comes out, without dough sticking to it, it's ready.

7. Remove the bread and allow it to cool for 15 minutes. Then cut into squares.
