Ingredients
50 g Parmesan
1 pinch of salt
1 bunch of Basil
400 g of Macaroni
2 pcs. Zucchini
200 g Frozen peas
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Method of preparation
1. Paste the boil as described on the package.
2. Meanwhile, the washed and peeled courgettes are cut into medium cubes and placed in a pan with olive oil. Fry for about 5-6 minutes, then add chopped basil leaves and a pinch of salt. It is preferable for the vegetable to remain slightly crunchy because it will bring the whole freshness of the dish.
3. Put the pasta in a suitable tray, poured with courgettes, sauce and olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in a strong oven for 10 minutes.
