Coronavirus and how to be prepared

Do you know the saying: better ready than sorry? I believe it’s true regarding the coronavirus outbreak.

A few honest questions.

If last week the news reported only 3000 people infected with the coronavirus, now there are over 12.000 and the number grows every day. I don’t trust the media—I believe the numbers are much bigger and the situation is much more critical than what they want us to believe.

It is a pandemic problem—that means it’s global. Of course it is! We know about people infected not only in China and Asia (Korea, Japan, etc.), but also in the US, Australia, Canada, South America, all over Europe and the UK, Russia and even Africa and the Middle East. Yes, the authorities keep on telling us their lies: don’t panic or everything will be ok. Right.

In whom can you trust? I trust in God. However, I also prepare myself and my family and parents as well as I can and know. How about you? How do you prepare yourself? Do you believe the media and do you trust the authorities to keep you safe? Are you sure you want to do that? They look like they lost control of the coronavirus.

I don’t know many things one can do. I at least bought face masks and strong disinfectants to wash my hands—you can check these disinfectants, my wife, who is a Doctor recommends. I know many people all around the world are doing the same thing. Many more will follow. However, will they be able to buy all they need in time? Delivery takes time. Soon the companies will be out of stock. What will you do then? What can you do...right? It is better to act now and be ready than be sorry. Make an effort and put yourself in a better position than most of the people around you by making supplies. Why not?

Check my post about face masks. Do yourself and your family and friends a favor. I hope the authorities will do something. But if they won’t do anything because they can’t (that’s what I believe) then you must be ready. This is always what makes the difference between people—some are ready for the worst, some are not (they keep on believing the news that all will be OK).

Take care!
