Clap: Comités Locales de Abastecimiento y Producción. Estas son entidades creadas por el régimen de Nicolás Maduro, entre otras razones para fortalecer la producción nacional. Eso es la teoría, la realidad es que los Clap son un grupo de personas (la estructura -así se hacen llamar-) que forman parte del consejo comunal de cada comunidad (en este momento no se cómo se delimita cada comunidad para constituir ese consejo, pues en algunos lugares simplemente ocurre que "de la calle A hasta la M es un consejo comunal y de la calle N a la Z es otro) y son los encargados de distribuir las cajas o bolsas del Clap entre los miembros de la comunidad. Por supuesto, los ganadores debían indicar en ese preciso instante si querían quedarse con el premio, pues debían pagar de inmediato 750 bolívares (500 del pernil + 250 para los transportistas), en efectivo. ¿Saben qué? Los perniles los entregaron el día 25.
Pero eso no es lo peor, supe de otro sector en el que se hizo el sorteo de los 15 perniles pero, para favorecer a más personas, cada uno se dividió en dos o tres partes. La intención fue buena pero el resultado no, pues quienes hayan cocinado esta proteína animal saben que su tamaño se reduce drásticamente con la cocción, de manera que el producto final obtenido sería muy pequeño.
