Manufacture of Paper Bags Manually Along With Screen Printing - From Start to Finish

The day I met again with a @satria I want to share my experience about the creation of a paper bag along with manual screen printing.

This in making me only with a paperboard, vola, screen, paint, ulano (screen printing materials), hammer, rope, and a double tip, the material is not unexpected,

I made this because I received orders from the university Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe, they believed in me made products to be used as a unique souvenir Malikussaleh University Lhokseumawe

Following a few steps in the making.

provide paper and place it flat on the table.

Then trace the pattern, which has been established previously.

Then paper and pattern incorporated into the plywood and in word-order patterns formed on paper by using a hammer

Pattern has formed on the base paper, so easy to be folded into a bag

Paste double tip in every fold of paper.

Provide picture film to be made by way of print

This is the shape of the screen,

screen is an image recording device for manual screen printing, these tools are not familiar to the artisan silk screening

This is a liquid for recording is ulano or bremol tex.

This fluid is greatly needed in terms of screen printing

Ulano outlined above screen media, and then leveled using a flat media

After dry. screen irradiated with light of a lamp, with a duration of 5 minutes

Screen in spray with water, so that the recording clearly visible

Pour the yellow ink, on the screen that has been printed.

Here are the results

as well as on, pour the green paint on the media who want to be green

Then black for reading, the same way as before, pour black paint
