Salade d'ananas au gingembre

Salut à tous, une salade de fruits toute simple avec de l'ananas frais, du jus de citron vert et du gingembre frais râpé. Si l'ananas est peu sucré vous pouvez rajouter un peu de miel.

Je garde le haut de l'ananas pour la décoration et je récupéré la chair du fruit en prenant soin d'enlever le coeur qui est dur et ne se manhe pas.

Couper ensuite en morceaux et mélanger avec le jus de citron vert et le gingembre.

Laisser reposer une heure au réfrigérateur et servir dans des coupes.
