Although I don't put it into practice, I have read about the advantages of bathing with ice water. I think I might experiment, to see what happens. I just saw about Assange and I also just read that the US supreme court allows Biden's government to pressure social networks that publish false information, all about the presidential election. The great thing about it is you can even just take a cold shower and have similar benefits. I started out very slow, just slightly cold for a few seconds and worked my way up to a full thirty-sixty seconds as cold as I can get the water.
