I think that is very reasonable. I facepalm when I see some people say it will hit 10 dollars. It isn't hitting that anytime soon if at all. However I think 50 cents is a sound prediction.

oh buddy, it could hit 10$ easy, they are working with some of the biggest banks in the world that deal with trillions of dollars a year in cross border payments, it will hit 100$ in 5-6 years easy
MAYBE... I just can't see how a coin with such a huge number in circulation in ratio to demand could come anywhere close to that unless the banks just buy 90% of it all. Don't get me wrong, I am rooting for Ripple in a major way, but I think that prediction is very optimistic.
well the thing with ripple is that they are breaking a barrier that no other cryptocurrency has, for how much money that banks transfer every year across borders, tons of money with flow through ripple. Ripple was prepared for tons of big banks to be using their currency so thats why the supply is so huge. Great discussion by the way!

I hope you are right, I could just be being cynical but I will believe it when I see it. I hold a fair bit of Ripple so I would be extremely happy if you are right.
$10 or more would be great, but where are these numbers coming from? I see a lot of people talking about what XRP is going to be. What's the math behind any of it though? I never see the math, only random seculation that looks like nothing more than wishful thinking. And your statement of $100 in 5-6 years "easy" is interesting. If it managed to do that, I would happily kiss your feet, but I have to ask, where are the numbers? Why do you really think this? I don't see how anyone can know this. But if you do know this, then I want to know it too. Please give us the math. ;-)
