I've been thinking about this recently. On one hand, I'm surprised that some of the people I know and meet are already into crypto and have learned some of the skills that go with it.
On the other hand, there are so many people who miss what's going on. Perhaps they are not curious. Many people think it is too hard. I was intimidated by Bitcoin, tried to understand it and then gave up. If I had stuck with it, did some more reading and the hard work of learning something new... I might be a millionaire today.
... but now I have Steemit and Bitshares. I'm very much looking forward to the future.
People just don't want to put in the effort in my opinion. I have not met many that are even familiar with what Bitcoin. It is very interesting. Bitchares is one that I have not looked into much. I'm in the buying a bunch of coins phase and just holding. Thanks for the reply, bud. Happy new year
