What is Lympo?
Lympo is a blockchain-powered health and wellness ecosystem where users are rewarded for healthy lifestyle activities by being able to earn system tokens and use those tokens for other wellness-related activities and services.
The ecosystem’s functionality is enabled by the exchange of tokens between parties. Here is how it works:
Step 1: A consumer opens the Lympo digital fitness wallet.
Step 2: Connects it with their favorite health apps and wearables.
Step 3: Participates in challenges on the platform, like, running 5k to get LYM token rewards.
Another way to participate is to purchase online or offline services by personal trainers, dietitians or physical therapists and to follow the health program proposed by these professionals. Anything that can be tracked can be a part of the program like steps, sleeping rhythm and hear rate. Once the goals are reached, a consumer gets coin rewards.
Lympo users can monetize the data they aggregated over time by allowing third parties to access it and get rewarded for that access. The consumer can then pay for other goods and services in the healthy lifestyle ecosystem with the LYM token, like healthy food items, sports clothes and even receive health insurance discounts.
Lympo is adding blockchain and token functionality to an existing platform connecting over 500 personal trainers in Lithuania as the service expands to California and Australia.
Use Cases
The benefits of Lympo carries over to a wide array of businesses as well consumers.
The Reward System (LYM)
The Lympo wallet stands at the center of the ecosystem. You can earn rewards for meeting healthy lifestyle goals. All your health accomplishments will be tracked and rewarded on one unified system. Here are some examples:
These rewarded utility tokens are then used on the platform to purchase goods and services. At first, the tokens are going to allow users to purchase time with fitness trainers, dietitians or physical therapists. As the platform grows, the tokens will have an increased use-case to access various partner services that join the ecosystem. In the long run, Lympo will allow the purchasing of sporting goods and clothes, healthy foods, gym memberships and more.
Health Data & Free Data Flow
The health data that is controlled by each individual user will open up the gates to new services which cannot prosper due to the limitations of current data monopolization by the few big players. Users can freely choose whether their information is shared as well as at what price. This free flow of data will allow existing services to improve, as well provide a data bank for research on various health issues such as Cardiovascular diseases.

I am preparing my entry
Just because it's a Health & Fitness app doesn't mean that it cannot be used for marketing... businesses could advertise (i.e. offer tokens for certain challenges, or whatever) which are then redeemable for rewards at their business. An app like this can for sure be used for marketing purposes, that's just one example that I can think of off the top of my head.
I'm glad you said it's a thought off the top of your head, but I've watched the video ad and lympo was not built by the guys for advertising purposes.. It's not an advertising app/token.
Oh and by the way, are you one of the mods of this bot? I made a mistake to send some sbd and would like it refunded.
I have nothing whatsoever to do with this. I work in marketing, and was just stating that it can most certainly be used for marketing purposes. You can market products through mobile games, TV, radio, whatever, and none of those were designed specifically for marketing either.
