Can one really trust a government to generate a crypto currency when with all the oil they couldn't maintain a reasonable value for their existing fiat currency? Hope all goes well in Venezuela especially for the people.
Note on their website, they quickly moved from the tech from Ethereum to NEM. That does not inspire confidence that this late in the game they are still not certain on their base tech/blockchain.
