It looks like the fee paid is too low. I believe it will fall out at a certain point or maybe someone will mine it regardless of the fee.
Cancelling unconfirmed transactions is easy. Just submit a higher fee double-spend transaction. For example: if you send a 0-fee transaction it could take a day before 1 block mines it. Then you send another transaction with the same inputs that just sends the money back to yourself. On this transaction you put a higher fee. This becomes more likely to be mined and will get included in the blockchain - invalidating the slower-to-confirm original.

I have heard of it being done, I am sorry that I cannot be of more assistance of how to actually to accomplish this.
It's cool. On the second transaction, I moved the slider to add more fee. That transaction went through after a few hours. But on the $30 one, the fee must have reset or something and went back low. This is not cool.
