If you want to delegate to one of my projects, I think @r-bot is the best bang for your delegation buck. We have a team of 5 curators (myself included) upvoting for the @r-bot account, with a threefold mission of supporting undervalued newer authors, supporting good comments/commenters, and supporting the Minnow Support Project (MSP).
