Back to the Bar (Bell)!

After six and a half weeks (let’s just agree that it was all due to travel), I managed to locate my gym again. I was worried I would have a fail because I had just gone up in weight on 2 of my three lifts but I held steady, only backing off one rep per set on my benchpress. But like the guy who just flew in from Ohio, boy are my arms tired! And my legs! And my back!

It feels good to be back on track though and I am hoping to be able to re-up my benchpress reps and add weight to my deadlift to get it up over my squat weight where it belongs. 🤞
