The auto post was first 6 hours as well, then I changed it to 24 hours. It's great that you find a way to do it but for me it still didn't feel right for me. Especially the last weeks I felt that a small minority of new users where abusing the system, and I don't want a few rotten apples represent the absolute legends that are using dagamers right now ;)
To be clear, I never felt that @hivewatchers, @buildawhale, @adm, @themarkymark or others were or are targeting Dagamers. I got Dagamers whitelisted at Hivewatchers a while back when I explained what the project was. They were never difficult about it, nor did I get the feeling that they weren't constructive.
Rather, they have their eyes set on individuals who are exhibiting suspicious posting behaviour, which is normal. It is simply impossible for me to check everyone's stream who makes content through Dagamers. However, I can ensure that I do not facilitate features that go against the community's rules. Therefore, I have decided to disable the feature altogether for Hive.
I see Dagamers as a front end for blockchains optimised for streaming. The challenge and goal is to provide users with an experience that feels natural for streaming while not breaking any blockchain rules where the stream is shared.
@dagamers
A group of farmers popped up recently. They all seem to know each other and/or are sock puppet accounts owned by a few.
All accounts have no followers on Twitch, and all (except "captainman") have had no engagement with the Hive community.

When there is a new way to exploit some curation, abusers are always very fast in getting on a new farming possibility.
There seem to be Facebook and WhatsApp groups where they share information about new farming ways on Hive.
That is super appreciated! I figure that once upvotes are worth it, it will attrack people's attention (which is mostly positive to be clear). But Whatsapp groups or Facebook groups for a dollar upvote is not something I accounted for
well for me im already verified by hivewatchers i know nekolive account not verified because dont have facebook or twitter / x for it only discord server that on my name behalf but yeh hope find ways resolve it because as me, i love help out so even if mine nekolive and dagamers doesnt get post spam then thats fine. as me on nekolive i easy terminated accounts in admin panel so even if they tried they wouldnt go far on posting because cant relink they account and etc since 1 hive account per nekolive account. if they tried link account in multi accounts when they cant so.
other that yeh, hope things on planned and might aswell track how many followers they have on twitch and etc so have to hit requirements able autopost example 1k followers = able upvote or something like that and if they botted followers on twitch that high likely they get suspended fast then can keep track if they botted it or not.
then make twitch account linkup blacklist so cant link up twitch or hive because classified account on twitch botted and etc. even with fake viewerships too. since seen lot fake user stuff happening alot just to push them to partner like 10 days even very sus twitch never know it.
It was really a few bad actors so I'm not too worried. I'm planning on using hivewatcher's API in the future on the front-end to detect if a user is on the blacklist. If they are I can warn them, as well as have the back-end logic prevent posting. Unlinking a Hive account already has to happen manually and I like to keep it that way. It is just one of those things that prevent potential abuse, even if it's just a little bit, So in that compartment I'm okay, but thanks nonetheless @chisdealhd, I appreciate the offer <3
I am flirting with the idea of taking user's reputation level on Hive into account as well. Like you need to be at least lvl 40 or 50 or something in that range. But I'm a bit hesitant on that one since it might prevent new people from creating a Hive account. That said, the reality is that abuse is sadly going to happen nonetheless if your app grows over time. But it's up to us to minimize it as much as possible
Does hivewatcher even have APi because i had no info about that so not sure even posable too. i could add that in too, even i add mine with bot detected on twitch api too as checks if they been followbotted even viewer botted too on my side?
Yes there is one. You can find it here: https://spaminator.me/api/bl/all.json
ty, i add that in to nekolive and i just worke don follower botted even viewer botted now as system :)
hopely this works perfect detect this stuff.
since mine already tracking live stats and followers and status if they subscriber on my channel on twitch already implented all that on my V5 api. so i easy slap that on mine so easly. and even worked on kick api too and etc. so all say you find your ways keep dagamers safe like im doing nekolive :)
