Babi guling!!!! Or in other word pork smoke but the unique things they do was cook the whole body with slow fire or only using smoke until even the skin become so crispy.
Too bad I didn't come to the shop to see how it being process or taste it. But even like that, I still can remember its crispiness like I just eat it yesterday.
Other than the pork already delicious, the sambal or sauces make it become another level of food. Omg, its make me craving just to write about it. Hopefully I have the opportunity to visit bali again next time.
