Well is hard to win in your confort zone, so you have to get out of there and risk a little bit.

Without sacrifice there is no wining.

We grow and develop ourselfs only when we are outside the comfort zone(just think about this a little), so the more you will be out of it, the more you will become better :)

Remember one thing: What is not growing...., is dying
