Here is my Dapplr Contest Sunset Photo from Lake Superior Ontario Canada.
Contest: https://hive.blog/dapplrphotocontest/@dapplr/dapplr-photo-contest-theme-sunset-shots
I am posting a few photos from the same evening .... July 23 2020
Photos taken with my iPhone8 ... no Filters used
This is the sunset from tonight.... looking out towards Batchawana Island. Ontario Canada. Every night is a completely different view.
This is the fog that was rolling in across the Bay just a few hours ago.... what a difference a few hours makes on this Giant Lake.
Looks nice!
Thanks.... it was.

Very beautiful, all of them! Good luck at the contest!
Thank you very much
Great luck with the contest, mate. Photos look awesome, and the scenery even more so. I've been following your past few posts in the same part of the world, and it's amazing to see how much more beauty is uncovered with each shot :-D

Thanks. Yes. It’s an amazing place.
I'd love to drop by someday in my life, and just spend a nice, relaxing weekend there :-)
There is over 2,700 miles of Coastline on Lake Superior .... all beautiful...
2,726 miles
There is enough water in Lake Superior to cover the entire land mass of North and South America to a depth of 30 centimetres (12 in). The shoreline of the lake stretches 2,726 miles (4,387 km) (including islands).
Wow, that's incredible! After seeing an overhead of Lake Superior on Google Maps, I can see at least part of its massive size. Quite superior, indeed. To Americans and Canadians, that part of the world is called the Great Lakes, right? My dad's been there once, and he's only told magnificent stories about it :-D
Yep ... It is from the Ojibwe word Gitchee Gumme ..... Big Lake, Great Lake ....... like the word "Gitchee Manidoo" .... the Great Spirit.
Ah, thanks for bit of history :-D
Nice shot!👍📸
Thank you very much.
