Up a little later today, just shy of seven, but still short of my eight hour goal. Feeling it a bit energywise, but not like dragging tired or anything.

After my usual morning dealeo, there was Curation Corner over on The Ramble. The guest was @jarvie, and he discussed all sorts of things happening with SteemPeak, especially regarding communities and their integration.

It ended up being an amazingly interesting conversation that lasted way longer than the hour it was supposed to (after party! 😁).

Another cool feature that’s being introduced are badges. They’re like public lists of members of certain groups. It’s cool because you can see the feed of everyone with that badge and connect with them easily.

I created the “pi” badge! 🤓😄. @badge-314159 for holders of SOL, that is, members of The Solairitas Project. 💪. Later I’m thinking that having the badge may confer some special benefits or bonuses...we’ll see!

Our conversation also inspired me to act on an idea I’ve been thinking about for a while...I created a new community Eco Zone @hive-178091 for everything Eco (meant for Solairitas to post into, but to hopefully be broader and more inclusive than just my project).

I also created a Discord server for the community and integrated it into SteemPeak, so the community is all in one place and you don’t even have to switch to Discord! 😃

Lots of stuff done, but...

Unfortunately, there’s only so much time in the day, and so after Curation Corner and creating the badge and everything, I didn’t have enough time to go for my walk. 😭. Today is the first time in a long time I’ve got no maps or nuttin’! Still, I kept the ten thousand steps per day streak going!!! 😁

In the evening I taught calculus, as is usual on the weekdays. Today we reviewed for the first exam, which I’ll give the next class (Thursday and Monday). I dislike review and exam day’s inasmuch as I don’t get nearly as many steps in as I normally do.

Still falling in the Holybread ranks.

Steemmonsters went pretty well again, though! I still had quest potions saved up and completed my daily quest, which was Death splinter, rather quickly and holding in Diamond III.

Not too bad on the daily rewards, but nothing too amazing. I did level up my Rexx! 😃. (Note - using beta and images don’t seem to be uploading quite right...going to leave it for now and see if it displays in time).

That is really cool about the community that you created. I have just recently started using Steempeak more exclusively. I think it is a pretty cool site. I just have trouble getting to it sometimes because of our content filter.

What kind of content filter are you experiencing?

It is an iBoss content filter. It is flagging steempeak as containing adult content which is accurate as some of the posts are NSFW. I work in a school district so we have some pretty tight guidelines on what the students and staff can and cannot access.

you had a very productive day cool to be part of the community
