The plan for next week is to save more STARBIST and invest in at least 100000 STARBITS to get 12 packs, in the hope that there might be a legendary card inside. Yes you read right, there is a new feature. If you spent the price for 10 packs ( 100.000 STARBITS) you will get 12 packs!!!
We are currently at level 41, up to level 50 all energy is put into xp missions and from 50 onwards we start further music lessons. To bring the skill about 10 to 20 percent over the number of fans. Because the missions add some temporary fans.
The attempt to get a high score better than 15 in the mini game turns out to be very difficult. I have no idea how @riccc96 always manages to drive this so high. Seems to be pretty chilled :-)

The top 300 is gone for now, a new plan has to be found here. The week was still very interesting. A new token appeared on many players on Tuesday. The "ENTRY dcity" token. The insane writer of the weekly immigrant story has made an interesting guess. The number of tokens received corresponds to the number of stadiums in possession. The payment seems to be made daily, so you can tell after three days.
With the sale of 23,000 STARBITS and the existing SWAP.HIVE, the immigrants were able to purchase 3 stadiums for 5.8 SWAP.HIVE each. It remains to be seen whether this investment was a good one. It would be conceivable that you can start an event with this token analogous to the other events. A music concert event that generates fans and groupies. So let's wait for the next few days and see what can be done with the ENTRY token.
And it shows once again that you should always have some hive to be able to react to spontaneous opportunities.
There are some change upcoming in the next days to dCity:
We're currently preparing a few small changes for better sustainability in dCity:
* Change in the HIVE rewards distribution from 1.5% per day to 1%
This change will slow down the distribution of the rewards pool.
For example at 1.5% (current level), 75% of the pool is distributed
in just ~90 days. After the change, it will be distributed in ~135 days.
This will not only increase the long-term sustainability of the rewards
pool itself, but it will also make the amount of HIVE that is continuously
earned and redistributed from curation more impactful.
* Taxes for cities with 0 income
10-30% reduction on HIVE rewards for cities with 0 income. The President
decides on this percentage.
* Decreasing the limit on random citizens. From now on, you can get 1
random citizen daily.
The game is printing too many random citizens,
and the population problem is bigger every day :)

There is little to report here. Daily arena battles to keep activity up and get the weekly upvote. Hopefully the update with season 1 will come soon.
