The concluding ceremony of the 3rd JNUDS National Debate Competition, held in the central auditorium of the university, was organized by the Debating Society of Jagannath University (JNUDS) in this slogan by the revolutionary. Starting from 16 February, the top 32 public and private universities of the country and the participants of 16 selected colleges participated in the competition.
In the final, the Dhaka Residential Model College and runners up became the champions of Dhaka College, as well as at the University level, the University of Dhaka achieved the pride of becoming the University of Textile and Runners up.
Presided over by Jagannath University's Debating Society president Shakil Ahmed, the Vice-Chancellor Professor was present as the chief guest. Majnur Rahman, Treasurer Professor Md. Selim Bhuiyan and Registrar Engineer Wahiduzzaman Besides, Suman Kumar Majumder, moderator of the Debating Society of Jagannath University gave welcome speech. Sabuj Raihan, general secretary of the Debating Society of Jagannath University was present in the program. At the time the Proctor, teachers, students and officials of the university were present.
