Gestern Nachmittag beschlossen Sabine und ich, den Yachthafen und den Strand von Estepona zu erkunden. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir direkt in der Nähe des Hafens einen kostenlosen Parkplatz fanden. Unser erstes Ziel war der natürlich Yachthafen von Estepona mit seinen eleganten Booten.
Unser Spaziergang führte uns weiter zur Strandpromenade. Um diese Jahreszeit sind nicht all zu viele Touristen unterwegs.
In einem italienischen Restaurant bestellten wir eine Pizza "to go" und genossen während der Wartezeit einen kräftigen Café.

Die Pizzas nahmen wir mit zu Strand. Zu dieser Zeit fast Menschenleer, erstreckt er sich über 1,5 km von Osten des Hafens bis zur Altstadt. Für uns der perfekte Ort, um unsere Mahlzeit zu genießen.
Nachdem wir einie Zeit Sonnengebadet hatten und auch bis zur Hüfte im Wasser waren schlenderten wir zurück Richtung Hafen.
Spanien, speziell Andalusien ist wunderschön. Noch sind wir auf der Suche nach dem für und perfekten Ort. Ich fühle, das wir dem schon ein gutes Stück nahe gekommen sind.

Yesterday afternoon Sabine and I decided to explore the marina and beach in Estepona. We were lucky to find free parking right near the harbor. Our first destination was of course the Estepona marina with its elegant boats.
Our walk took us further to the beach promenade. There aren't too many tourists around this time of year.
We ordered a pizza to go from an Italian restaurant and enjoyed a hearty café while we waited.

We took the pizzas with us to the beach. Almost deserted at this time, it stretches over 1.5 km from the east of the harbor to the old town. The perfect place for us to enjoy our meal.
After we had sunbathed for a while and were up to our waists in water, we strolled back towards the harbor.
Spain, especially Andalusia, is beautiful. We are still looking for the perfect place. I feel like we've come a long way to achieving that.
