Of course the notion that communism and anarchism are "dynamic", where "dynamic" is meant as positive value, is pure delusion as the outcome of these systems is always poverty. I guess you could find dynamic qualities in poverty, but I would say, poverty seems rather static to me.

Dynamic is neither positive nor negative, it's just an appropriate description of reality: as society is dynamic, ideologies should reflect that.
How can you know the outcome of anarchy if we've never seen anything that comes near to anarchy?
