Right, happiness is the key ... but the question remains how to reach it? ... And I think different people try to walk along different pathways to reach happiness ... :)

We look for different ways to find success, if it is true, because we do not all have the same tools to achieve it, and therefore it is not the same success as it changes with the mentality and environment where each person is formed.

For me the success as I wrote to you depends on finding my happiness because I perform better in my work, as a child, as a father, as a husband and as a person, that is, I contribute more, I do things better, I think more clearly and that I can achieve the goals set.
