Zusammenfassung
- Es gibt keine stichhaltige wissenschaftliche Begründung für den Versuch, die Ausbreitung des Coronavirus durch zentrale staatliche Planung und mit massiven Eingriffen in die Grundrechte zu unterbinden.
- Unter utilitaristischen Kriterien erweist sich, dass die durch die staatlichen Zwangsmassnahmen wie ein Lockdown und dergleichen verursachten wirtschaftlichen, gesundheitlichen und sozialen Folgeschäden um ein Vielfaches an verlorenen Lebensjahren höher sind, als die Lebensjahre, die durch solche Massnahmen in der akuten Situation gerettet werden könnten.
- Unter deontologischen Kriterien gibt es keine Berechtigung dafür, in der vorliegenden, akuten Situation der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus Grundrechte auszusetzen und sich durch technokratische Planung des gesellschaftlichen bis hin zum familiären Leben über die Würde der betroffenen Menschen hinwegzusetzen.
- Statt fundierter Wissenschaft erleben wir aktuell ein Wiedererstarken des Szientismus und seines politischen Gebrauchs – der Idee, dass es ein naturwissenschaftliches Wissen gibt, das auch den Menschen und alle Aspekte unserer Existenz umfasst, und dass sich die Gesellschaft gemäss diesem Wissen planen und gestalten lässt.
- Dagegen ist Aufklärung geboten im Sinne eines Ausgangs aus der selbstverschuldeten Unmündigkeit, in die unsere Gesellschaft durch eine unheilige Allianz aus angeblichen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und politischen Zwangsmassnahmen hineinzulaufen droht.

Summary
- There is no sound scientific rationale for attempting to stop the spread of coronavirus through central government planning and with massive interference with basic rights.
- Under utilitarian criteria, the economic, health, and social consequential harms caused by coercive state measures such as a lockdown and the like prove to be many times greater in terms of years of life lost than the years of life that could be saved by such measures in the acute situation.
- Under deontological criteria, there is no justification for suspending basic rights in the acute situation of the spread of the coronavirus and for ignoring the dignity of the affected people by technocratic planning of social and even family life.
- Instead of well-founded science, we are currently experiencing a resurgence of scientism and its political use - the idea that there is a scientific knowledge that also encompasses human beings and all aspects of our existence, and that society can be planned and shaped according to this knowledge.
- Against this, enlightenment is required in the sense of an exit from the self-inflicted immaturity into which our society is threatening to run as a result of an unholy alliance of alleged scientific knowledge and coercive political measures.

You know, asymmetric information is one of the causes of all these and it is unfortunate that this discrepancy that exist in the information that is available to different people is now being capitalised on by different people for their own ulterior motives that they want to achieve.
