That's a great idea and it has my full support!
I don't hold my breath on it, but I do have high hopes in all other tribes, games, and dApps built on Hive to do the "groundwork"... It's different now, than it was a year or two before... We have more dApps, more dedicated, and experienced people, and we are moving slowly forward... LeoFinance has made a huge steps, Splinterlands is on top, and I think it's turn on CTPTalk, Palnet, Neoxian to be in the front-row of Hive!
Don't get me wrong, I am for HIVE marketing, but I like these things that are happening in the meantime... We can't wait for others... And it looks that that way works!
I agree with you here. I believe that it's quite difficult to find a common voice when speaking for hive. Therefore it might be difficult to develop a useful marketing strategy. It's much easier for tribes like CTP. I believe it might be a good idea to put some ads on ctptalk and with the proceeds either buy back tokens to make the price rise or to use the funds to promote the project and onboarding. It would be great if we could add some financial incentives within thehiveguide. When you complete lessons you can get some free CTP for example...
That was proposed a long time ago, but I do understand the struggles that @jongolson has with finding a developer for changes on the CTPTalk frontend...
I hope that he will find someone for that job, and it would become easier to tweak things and bring more value to the tribe..
I agree...It has to be the community and the people in the trenches everyday that build this.
I think the dapps and the communities should be front and center as top witnesses here...The more 'people speaking for the people' we have on top, the better.
