Definitely looking after oneself is more vital more vital than anything else,cause no one will listen to your cry if you have not listen to it yourself, putting oneself first it is not all about been selfish as some tend to say,but a way of prioritizing ones happiness

We often get told we are selfish if we "put outselves first" that's silly and ridiculous, we need to be well taken care of, and who best to care for us, than ourselves.
