The Book of Genesis from Chapter 1 recorded that God created heaven and earth and from biblical illustration, the location of heaven is beyond the clouds possibly in the galaxies....
However, the Bible failed to mention that God created other planets and that He gave some planets more moon than others as is the Case of planet Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus.
According to sources like Christian Apologetics & Research Ministry. Genesis was written in 1445 B.C. About this period of time, science & technology was still in its infant stage which might be the reason why the scholars that wrote the Bible did not think it through that someday, man can go beyond the clouds into the galaxies and discover other extra-terrestrial bodies. So far, Astronauts and satellite images have been able to prove to us that heaven is not beyond the clouds neither is it in any of the other planets. It is not in Earth's moon either unless it is in the Sun which can be a possible reason why it would not be easy for any man-made device to penetrate because of the intense heat of the Sun.
According to the Proverbs 15:24, Directional illustrations implies that hell is down below. Could it be under the earth crusts? Could it be the true cause of volcanic eruptions?
Well I'm still researching on this aspect.
In conclusion, I think it's safe to say that Heaven and Hell is a spiritual thing that can only exist for people that believes in it.
