Do you enjoy using hot peppers in your salad/food? I do!
But it is not easy to find ways to consume all of your fresh vegetables! So, it is always good to find ways and preserve fresh vegetables, by freezing or sundrying then.
Today I will show you what we did with our small chili peppers. They are not so many, but we do not wish to see them going bad.
I will take you through the process, hopefully all will work out well in a couple of weeks and I will be able to show you the results!
Scope: Sun dry chili peppers
Step 1
Cut gently the firm peppers and let an abundant piece of plant stalk
What you will need
A table cloth
A needle
Fine yarn for stitching
And of course the peppers
Step 2
Start by putting the needle in the plant stalk and make sure you do it forming a little corner so that it will be attached in a bigger distance
Tip: Make sure you make a knot at the end or the pepper might exit
Step 3
Allow some space between the peppers and saw them all together
I have also used a green hot pepper, I am not sure how it will work out but I ll let you know!
I am looking forward to see what comes out of this effort, I will make sure to share the outcome with you!
Thanks for visiting!
