First up was to tackle my hallway. A couple of months ago I wallpapered a feature wall in my upstairs hallway, I love the bold pattern to this wallpaper and the vibrant colours. But this is how it has remained for the last 3 months.
Now I was motivated to add some freshness to this space. The first thing I wanted to do was brighten up this worn out and gloomy side table.
Sanded down the dark stain and added some primer to prep the table for painting
Then added two coats of a vibrant yellow-green paint colour to freshen it up
Next was to create my own sunburst mirror, easy and inexpensive DIY project
Add a few accessories to the side table and presto, a feature wall that blooms colour and freshness in celebration of springs arrival.
