I explain how my difficulties would affect my ability to do a job compared to someone who is an NT. I strongly feel those who don't struggle in a blind world will never fully grasp our hurdles. This explains hidden struggles that I'd have say I was on a job. Unemployed autistic adults are labeled as 'lazy' little do they know we wanna work but abelism and no adjustments etc is what keeps us from gaining employment.
