France has consistently maintained a top position in the most visited countries in the world list for many years. Besides offering many tourist attractions for visitors, it is also one of the most tourist friendly countries in the world.
The only country that could possibly outdo France in the future is China. The WTO's estimate of China being number one by 2020 is unlikely but by 2025 China is likely to beat France to the number one position.
Given its diversity and culture, India has great potential to be among the top 10 in the future, but its government and its people seems to be highly contended with its current pathetic performance and therefore don't even seem to know of their potential.
