According to this article, Twitter has reported that there is a rise across the board in the amount of sensitive media, hateful content, abuse and private information. 

It is interesting to note that such incidents are well contained in the dApps of steem blockchain. 

There such contents are immediately flagged by bots and a comment is posted warning the author against such conduct. Repeated offenders are down voted and blacklisted. 

In additions, most users are extremely polite to each other to the extent it comes across as fake. It is hard to find dissenting voices over there. They probably do so, so as not to deny themselves an up vote and to avoid being down voted. Unfortunately it breeds hypocrisy.
