Heat exhaustion is a major concern at the moment. 1. Symptoms include heavy sweating, nausea, dizziness, headache and fatigue. 2. Move to a shaded place and rest for a while. Drink plenty of fluids, preferably saline drinks, splash cold water on yourself. 3. Stay hydrated throughout the day, wear light clothing and try to avoid being under the sun from 11am to 3pm.
