He has control of the executive branch. If these were real issues, and not fake conspiracies, he would have the ability to expose them as true. But he's not interested in the truth. He's interested in using these conspiracies as a cudgel to distract his conservative base and to keep them riled up.
Don't complain. If he's fixated on Hillary, it's time he's not using to undermine NATO, the bulwark of post-war collective security in Europe!
