This is a video that describes the lack of proper training of children because of poor investment into the educational system of a typical African nation.

I do not think it's about the education system. In this case the small man here knew they are running for fun. The instructor did not do proper briefing. For the boy it was all system go to any direction. I think he was taking back the batton:)
