So one of my favorite sweet treats to have daily in Italy is gelato. During the month of July, Italy turns into a big toaster oven, and everything is just hot hot hot. One of the ways to escape the heat is eating gelato. I've visited over 7 different gelato spots already, and so far, I've been completely content with each spot.
Today, I thought I would highlight one of my favorite spots, Venchi. This gelato spot can be found in the heart of Florence, and they are known for their hazelnut and chocolate ice cream. Even though the line was out the door, it was worth the wait. They move pretty quickly, so we didn't have to wait that long.

Awesome. Summers do bring with it some great opportunities to relish n enjoy icy treats. Now that Gelato is super yummy. Multiple flavors make such a great combination to enjoy various different flavors at the same time and I find it very pleasing & interesting.
Italian icecream is the best :) All those great flavours.... jummie :)

Oh it is just delicious. They say that it is heavier than ice cream which is fantastic @karensuestudios I have a lactose intolerance I might only have some sorbet.
I just want to lick that ice cream! So jelly.
