大家記得第一次接觸運動的地方在那？ 還在學校嗎~~~~ 到長大了可能太多原因太多理由連出外走走去做運動的衝動都沒有了~~
今日帶大家去看看我平常去做運動的地方~~~ 玩遊戲一樣的訓練,可能妳們也會喜歡~~~;p 去去去吧。。。。。。唔該去片~~~ ;)
Do you still remember where the first contact the workout was? Is it still in school?~~~~ There may be too many reasons why there is so much reason to go workout and even go out to exercise without the urge to go~~~~ ;(
Today, let me take everyone to see where I usually go to exercise ~~~ Training like playing games,Playing games like training, may be you and you may also like ~~~;p Go and go. . . . . .Dlive go ~~~~

我也有在做fit啦，我系个大吃货总也管不住嘴，为了保持点身材
如果有的话只能多多跑去健身房啦哈哈 我也是個大食小姐姐 所以要常常做運動啦~~~~ ;p 大家一起加油 ;)
